Returns Policy
Our returns policy generally does not allow returns for customized or printed items unless they are faulty, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival. For blank items or non-customized garments, our policy may allow returns for a refund or exchange within a set timeframe of 30 days if the items are unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.
Faulty or incorrect orders require the customer to contact the company first for a resolution, and faulty items may be returned at the customers expense.
Returns for Custom Printed T-shirts
Usually Non-Returnable:
Custom-printed t-shirts made to order cannot be returned if the customer simply changed their mind or ordered the wrong size, color, or style.
Exceptions for Faults:
Returns are typically accepted for custom items that are faulty, have a manufacturing defect, or are incorrect (i.e., the wrong artwork or position).
Design Errors by Customer:
The customer is responsible for errors in their own uploaded designs, such as low-resolution images or typos.
Returns for Blank (Non-Customized) Garments
Condition Requirements:
Customers may be able to return blank items if they are in new, unused, unwashed condition, with all original tags still attached.
Time Limit:
There will be a limited timeframe, within 30 days from delivery, within which returns must be initiated.
The Returns Process
1. Contact the Company:
Before returning any item, especially a faulty one, contact the company first to inform us and receive instructions.
2. Provide Information:
You will typically need to provide your order number and a clear reason for the return.
3. Packaging:
Pack the items securely and include any required forms or information.
4. Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back unless it was a faulty or incorrect product supplied by the company.
What is Not Refunded
Original Shipping Charges: Delivery charges are not refunded.
Customization Costs: The cost of the custom printing is non-refundable.
